Brooks is 1!!!

A year ago on July 25, 2012 I was hobbling around our house throwing last min things into our hospital bag and snuggling my first born son Carson before bed and crying because I didn't want him to feel like I loved someone else more than him, and honestly I didn't think I had enough love for all of my children.. Anthony and I bought a book that records out voice and recorded a bed time prayer book for Carson and got Lucian and Carson big brother shirts and other gifts, the next morning at 5am I was checked into the hospital, I was induced at 7, and gave birth to Brooks on July 26, 2012 at 7:37pm! When he arrived I instantly fell in love with this little boy. I just held him and kissed him and felt so happy for my little blessing. He and his brothers are truly gifts from god to Anthony and I and Brooks is the happiest, most laid back little boy ever! He brings so much happiness to our lives. He always has a smile on his face, he loves to give kisses, eat lots of food, crawl around and cause trouble, and he's our little snuggler! When he's not on the go! I am so thankful for him and I'm excited and tearful that he is growing up since he's my baby! 

Brooks is 9 months old!

Brooks is 9 months old already! I can't believe how fast time flies! He is a very happy little guy and brings a smile to everyone's face he meets! He has already said his first word "ball" he has been going to "ball" games since birth! Lucian's sport events, football, basketball and now baseball. Brooks likes to make "B" sounds if you say bubbles, box, bake, brown, baby..or bye bye he will try to repeat it. He only says "ball" and "bye," right now though and e waves! He is just starting to crawl and get into trouble! He has a big bright smile and 2 bottom teeth! He loves his brothers and Carson adores him.. Lucian loves to get him out of bed and spend time with him in the am before school. I love my boys!

Spring time!

It has been a while since I have posted on my blog, but I have been informed that it has been quite popular lately because of my son Lucian! Today, he came home from school and said that a girl he knows googled his name and knew his dirty little secrets haha, I thought that maybe somehow someone saw my facebook page and saw a pic of Lucian at the stealth game with the cheerleaders, but then I was curious and googled his full name and realized that my blog is not so private! Anyways, the past year has been a busy one! Anthony and Shawn coached Lucian and Desmonds Basketball team "the ballers" and they had a lot of fun, now Lucian is playing baseball here in lake stevens. Carson has been talking up a storm, and makes us laugh every day and has SO much energy! he loves fire trucks, and was able to visit his Uncle Mitchell's fire station twice this past month! Brooks is going to be 9 months old on Friday! time flies! he is a very happy, easy going baby! he loves to play with his brothers, he said his first word "ball" the other day, and knows how to wave hello and goodbye! he is trying to crawl but mostly moves in circles right now! Anthony, Brooks and I went to San Diego in January for Anthony's business trip. We had a lot of fun, we went on a tour of the USS Midway, and had a yummy visit at Ghiradeli's! they have the best sea salt and carmel hot chocolate! Brooks even had a sip of it, and wanted more! the weather was nice so we did a lot of walking around town when Anthony was in meetings, and I was able to pamper myself a bit and get a manicure at a nice spa! We stayed at the Hard Rock hotel! It wasnt the most kid friendly hotel, but it was very nice and I would love to stay there in the future kidless! Also, I was able to spend a day with my Aunt Debbie, and cousin Abbie, we toured old town San Diego, and ate lunch in town. Then we went to the beach and Brooks was able to put his feet in the sand and ocean for the first time! he was very excited and kicked and squeeled!This month I threw a bridal shower for one of my best friends Sarah, she will be getting married to her fiance Justin in Maui, June 8th! I am very excited for her! his family seems very fun and nice! The weather has been very nice here this month! We have been busy! Anthony went on his golf tournament with some friends, I survived at home with the boys... Barely.. Lol Carson and Brooks had their check ups and got shots, arson broke out in a rash from a shot, and they both got nasty colds when he was away. Also, Carson took a spill down the stairs! He was ok, but it scared me! I was at the top of the stairs watching helplessly! We were very happy to have "daddy" home! Also, we visited Jungle play land for the first time with Carson, he had a blast! Lucian and Des chased him all around the place! We have gotten the privilege to enjoy the beach in spring (very rare in Washington) we went to silver lake and played with Phillip and Joel this month! And also, Lucian took me to "moms and muffins" at his school for Mother's Day! It was a lot of fun!

6th month

Brooks is 6 months old!

Brooks has tried his first food, peaches. He loves reading books, playing with his toys. And brothers.

The past few months Brooks has celebrated his first Christmas with us in our new home, he went on his first vacation with mom and dad to San Diego, he went in the ocean for the first time and loved it!
